CCCU (Canterbury Christ Church University) are existing Salesforce customers but it was used sporadically across the Uni. Recently there has been increased appetite to adopt Salesforce across the Uni and this is where the Alumni team come in. The Alumni team wanted to start using Salesforce but needed it to be relevant to the data they manage and their processes. 


The university reached out to us to see if we could help bring the Alumni team onto Salesforce. Salesforce was already integrated into the student management system which is the source of truth for student data across the university. We built an Alumni specific app in Salesforce which enabled the team to effectively and efficiently manage Alumni from Salesforce, this included marketing emails and events management. This allowed the team to manage their entire processes for Alumni from one system rather than multiple as previously.
