Disguise wanted to engage more with customers on their products and services but outside of email had no real solution. They needed somewhere that reflected the Disguise brand and somewhere that functionally, customers could interact with the business and also other customers. A place where ideas could be posted, support could be given and knowledge shared.


This was a job for AspireCRM to leverage Salesforce Community Cloud! We built a branded and interactive community that provided forums, knowledge articles, software downloads and support cases for community members. This was done in just over a month and the uptake on the community has been tremendous. Disguise can now benefit from increased customer engagement and satisfaction, all through a flexible, branded customer community.
