TES Global are an existing Salesforce user, using Sales Cloud and CPQ (Cash Price Quote). TES had a significant backlog of development work to be done on the Salesforce platform but did not have the support to deliver the functionality the business required on site. This prevented new products being launched to customers.
AspireCRM were selected to help streamline the pipeline of development work and implement new development processes to ensure the development was done on time. We introduced new automation to improve efficiencies in the sales team.
The next challenge we solved was improving Salesforce CPQ to ensure it could handle large quotes in a short space of time, this ensured that the sales team could turn quotes around much faster to customers.
