I am a Salesforce Functional Consultant at Aspire CRM with an outgoing personality and a genuine passion for seeing a project’s craft come to fruition.
I guide our customers through the entire lifecycle of their CRM journey—from leading the initial discovery and documentation stages to building and delivering tailored solutions that drive real progress.
What Does Your Role Encompass?
My day-to-day as a Salesforce Functional Consultant at Aspire CRM is defined by its variety; no two days are identical, which keeps the work engaging. My role spans the entire project lifecycle, from conducting early-stage discovery and assessing feasibility during pre-sales to resolving complex technical queries using my platform expertise.
I work closely with nearly everyone across the team to ensure our internal synergy remains high. My primary focus is bridging the gap between a client’s business needs and technical execution. I help solve critical problems by finalising intricate requirements and translating them into functional Salesforce solutions, ensuring our customers fully utilise the platform’s power to drive their specific business goals.
What Are Your Areas of Expertise?
My core expertise lies in navigating the Salesforce ecosystem to deliver high-impact solutions, specializing in Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience) alongside hands-on experience in Field Service (FSL) and Marketing Cloud.
Key focus areas include:
- Complex Logic: Deep understanding of intricate flows and system architecture derived from a strong support background.
- Agile Delivery: Managing everything from minor enhancements to large-scale, project-based implementations.
- Stakeholder Management: Balancing technical feasibility with client expectations to ensure successful deliverables at every stage.
Favorite Part of The Job?
The most rewarding part of my role at Aspire CRM is seeing a solution come to life and witnessing the tangible impact on user experience. I find great satisfaction in successfully enhancing Salesforce utilization for our clients, knowing that the tools we’ve built make their daily operations smoother. There’s nothing quite like receiving positive stakeholder feedback after a successful delivery.

Outside of the Salesforce world, I’m driven by physical activity and staying competitive. You’ll find me cheering for Liverpool FC or staying active with functional fitness. I’m a seasoned goalkeeper; though I’d argue my height is the only thing standing between me and the pros! I also value consistency, a trait evidenced by my current 570-day Duolingo streak.
