The Solution
Aspire CRM partnered with iSite TV to implement a fully configured Salesforce Sales Engagement solution integrated with Einstein Activity Capture. The Aspire team developed four custom sales cadences aligned with iSite’s customer journey, including tailored triggers, steps, and automated actions to guide sales representatives through every interaction.
In addition, Outlook integration via Einstein Activity Capture automated the synchronisation of emails and calendar events, reducing administrative work and ensuring all prospect interactions were captured in real time. Custom HTML and text-based email templates were designed for each cadence, alongside branded call scripts to ensure consistent, on-brand communication.
