Jack Turner,

Project Manager

Hi, I’m Jack and I’m a Project Manager at Aspire CRM. My role is to facilitate the delivery of solutions from kick-off, design and build, to QA, user testing and deployment.  I focus on project planning, dependency tracking, stakeholder engagement and progress reporting throughout the project lifecycle in order to help our brilliant team implement successful business change for our customers.

What Does Your Role Encompass? 

My role is super varied! I manage a team of Technical, Functional and Managed Service Consultants, Project Manager, I act as a point of escalation for any delivery related queries and ensure we have the right resources available to deliver high-quality projects.

Day-to-day, I work closely with Natalie, our Head of Delivery

What Are Your Areas of Expertise? 

I bring a disciplined and methodical approach to project oversight, ensuring that every initiative is delivered with precision and transparency. My methodology is underpinned by a robust suite of certifications and core competencies, including:

        • PRINCE2 Certified: Utilising a globally recognised framework to provide structure, clear roles, and defined stages for every project.

        • Project Planning & Co-ordination: Expertly mapping out timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure seamless execution from inception to go-live.

        • RAID Management: Proactively identifying and mitigating Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies to protect project budgets and delivery dates.

        • Stakeholder Communication & Engagement: Bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders through clear, consistent, and impactful reporting.”

In my spare time I really enjoy cricket, I love baking, and I’ve been learning Italian since 2023. I live with my wife Laura and our cat Wilbur, who enjoys saying hello to people on Teams calls. 😻
