Managed Service Consultant
I’m Dan and I’m one of the Managed Service Consultants at Aspire CRM. In my role, I work closely with clients to ensure they get the most value from their Salesforce Org, whether that is through onboarding, ongoing support, or problem-solving. I also collaborate with internal teams to help deliver improvements and ensure solutions align with each client’s needs.
What Does Your Role Encompass?
As a Managed Service Consultant, I am responsible for delivering ongoing support, optimisation, and enhancements across client Salesforce environments. I work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, troubleshoot issues, implementing scalable solutions that improve system performance and user experiences. My role involves configuring features, managing releases, and ensuring data integrity while adhering to best practices.
I also provide strategic guidance, identify opportunities for automation, and support user adoption through training and documentation. By maintaining strong client relationships, I help drive continuous value and ensure Salesforce aligns with evolving business objectives.
What Are Your Areas of Expertise?
Some of my specialties include:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and managed services delivery
- Experienced with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management and automation
- Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Proficient in Flows, validation rules and data management
- Focus on user adoption, process optimisation, and continuous improvement

For me, life is all about balance. I love the social atmosphere of the pub and the camaraderie of a night out with mates, but I also have a focused, competitive side. I’m an active member of a darts league, where the pressure is always on.
My discipline actually started early, I made headlines as one of the country’s youngest Tae Kwon Do black belts. It’s a background that taught me to always aim for greatness, whether I’m on the mat or at the dartboard.
