Hi, I’m Craig Woodley, and I am responsible for overseeing all marketing at Aspire CRM. My role is centred on elevating our brand and sharing the success stories of the incredible work our team does. I support our customers by ensuring they have access to valuable insights and resources, and I help the wider business by driving our message and mission forward in a competitive digital landscape.

 

What Does Your Role Encompass? 

My day-to-day role involves managing our brand strategy, content creation, and digital presence. I work most closely with our leadership and sales teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our growth objectives and client needs. I help solve the problem of visibility; in a crowded market, I ensure that Aspire’s unique approach to CRM is clearly understood and that our expertise reaches the right audience at the right time.

What Are Your Areas of Expertise? 

My core focus areas are: 

  • Team & People Management: Leading with a focus on mentorship, individual growth, and fostering continuous learning.
  • Branding & Brand Management: Proven track record in high-level rebranding initiatives and strategic development.
  • Project Leadership: Coordinating high-impact trade shows and complex multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Ecosystems & Systems: Expertise in e-marketing, email design, and CRM systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive data-driven strategies.
  • Content & Research: Passionate about market research, trend analysis, and professional copywriting.

Favorite Part of The Job? 

What I enjoy most is the creative challenge of bringing Aspire’s culture to life through storytelling. Seeing the impact of a successful campaign and collaborating with such a talented, driven group of colleagues makes every project rewarding. We all have a lot of freedom to contribute towards projects.

A Bit More About Craig

When I’m not focused on marketing, I enjoy building complex Lego sets, playing on my PS5, attempting to enjoy the gym and lots of walking with my sister-in-law (or dragging my partner on walks).

Fun fact: I have a 1.5 inch scar on my scalp from when a glass fish tank fell on my head when I was 6.

I’m often found singing around the office… sorry, fellow colleagues.

Another fun fact: I recorded two albums when I was in primary school.
