Natalie Sharpe,

Head of Delivery

Hi, I’m Natalie & I head up Delivery at Aspire. My role is to oversee project and Managed Service delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively end-to-end and our customers are kept happy.
I work cross functionality across the business to bridge the gap between Sales and Customer Success, ensuring that we have the procedures and processes in place to deliver high quality solutions to time and to budget.

What Does Your Role Encompass? 

My role is super varied! I manage a team of Technical, Functional and Managed Service Consultants, Project Manager, I act as a point of escalation for any delivery related queries and ensure we have the right resources available to deliver high-quality projects.

Day-to-day, I work closely with Jack, our Project Manager, to understand where projects are as well as Sales to highlight further opportunities to support our clients.

I help unblock projects, whether that be an internal or client blockage, or with a third-party partner. When I put my functional hat on, I help make sure everyone is aligned on the process that the technology needs to support and challenge inefficient business process. 

What Are Your Areas of Expertise? 

I specialise in turning high level project scope into reality for clients. I help unblock issues for our Delivery Team and customers, and drive project delivery forward. On occasions, I put my Functional Consultant Hat on and pepper our customers with questions to really illicit their requirements and translate that in to solution design

Favorite Part of The Job?   

I love the variety of seeing all the different ways in which Salesforce can be used to make a difference to our clients and how project concepts come to life, thanks to the collaboration between everyone involved. When I get feedback from Customer Success on how well the solution is working for our clients, I am so proud to say ‘My team did that!’

    In many organisations, it can be a case of ‘telling the customer what they want to hear’, where as we seek to challenge inefficiencies and mindsets first as that has the biggest impact as to whether a solution ultimately works or not.

    Aspire feels different as there is a real sense of being ‘one team’, regardless of departments. A win for one person is a win for us all and is celebrated as such.

     

    A Bit More About Our Natalie

    I enjoy running, and taking part in bootcamps. Love a tyre flip. I like spending time at the park with my little boy, splashing in puddles and getting muddy!

    Fun fact: I speak fluent French, having studied the language at Uni and then lived & worked in Paris, the Alps and on the West Coast of France for nearly 2 years.
