Hello, my name is Thomas or Tom, and I’m a Salesforce Technical Consultant here at AspireCRM.

I have been with the company for 7 years and have seen many different types of projects come through the door. Which means I have supported many customers with different solutions that we have crafted throughout the years.

What Does Your Role Encompass? 

My job involves taking customers business processes and converting that into a Salesforce solution that works for them, speeding up their business and helping them to succeed.

I work closely with everyone here within the team and together we provide a collaborative environment.

With my experience gathered through multiple different projects, I help where I can when we come across a solution that needs a little extra care or needs a bit more investigation.

What Are Your Areas of Expertise? 

I have worked within many different areas of Salesforce, and I have special expertise in Sales and Service Cloud and have recently acquired the Agentforce Specialist certificate, which I will be putting into practice in the coming months. Currently I have the following Salesforce certifications:

  • Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

Favorite Part of The Job? 

My favourite part of the job is creating pieces of automation that help users make their work life easier and less time-consuming.

    A Bit More About Tom

    I have been an extra in different shows when growing up, I have been in an episode of Doctor Who. The question is can you tell which extra I am one of the three kids that runs in front of The Doctor at the start of “The Shakespeare Code” there’s a YouTube video of it.
